Odin3 v3.14.1 Download for Windows

Download Odin3 v3.14.1 for Windows with the real file size, SHA-256 checksum and build details. The Odin build right before v3.14.4 and a good fallback.

Odin3 v3.14.1 is the build I recommend for most flashes. A lot of flashing guides written in 2019 still point to it.

It has the same program code as v3.14.4, the highest version number you can find, but it comes with its own SS_DL.dll and no extra DLL. I explain the difference on the latest Odin page.

What’s different in Odin3 v3.14.1

The internal build number is 2019.5.1.0, and the compile date inside the exe is May 30, 2019. The slots match v3.14.4: BL, AP, CP, CSC and USERDATA, with the Log, Options and Pit tabs.

It reads .lz4 compressed firmware, the format current Samsung packages use. When I compared it with v3.14.4, the program code matched byte for byte. About 385 KB of the exe is different, but that is only the resources section, which holds the version details and images. It also ships its own SS_DL.dll, the library that does the actual transfer, and v3.14.4 does not.

Windows support

This is a 32-bit Windows program. The exe header lists Windows XP as the minimum, and 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 still run 32-bit apps, so it should open on a current PC too.

The exe isn’t digitally signed, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you the first time you open it. Check the SHA-256 above first, then click More info and Run anyway.

Install the Samsung USB driver before you connect the phone, or Odin won’t see it.

When to use Odin3 v3.14.1

Use it for a normal flash on a modern Galaxy. Since the program code is the same as v3.14.4, it does the same job, and its files are consistent with each other.

The flashing steps are the same for every Odin version. Follow my Odin tutorial or the quick steps on the homepage.

Want the highest version number instead? Read about Odin3 v3.14.4 first. Every other build is on the older Odin versions page.

Not sure this is the right build for your phone? Send me your Galaxy model number and the firmware you’re trying to flash through the contact page, and I’ll point you to the version that fits.
